The Basque Culinary Center in Donostia/San Sebastián seeks a People Management Manager to lead their People strategy and foster a culture aligned with their values. You will design and implement a strategy that strengthens talent and promotes employee engagement, supporting organizational development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a Master's in Human Resources, along with proven leadership experience in HR. Knowledge of labor legislation and fluency in Basque and Spanish are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in generalist or leadership roles within Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and organizational culture.
• Experience in HR administration processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design and drive a comprehensive People Management strategy.
• Implement talent development initiatives and performance management processes.
• Coordinate compensation policies and ensure compliance with legislation.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field
