Job summary

Straumann Group seeks a seasoned CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation for global business applications. You will shape validation strategy, plan test activities, and ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards across SAP and other enterprise platforms.

The role reports to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery. You will collaborate with IT, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant software solutions, lead audits when needed, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management.
• Experience leading validated software projects in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex 11 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review validation documentation across SDLC with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams and drive IT QA alignment.
• Lead and implement Test Management for Business Applications (e.g., SAP) and related initiatives.
