Wallbox Chargers in Barcelona seeks a CRM & Web Manager to lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, and website optimization. You will turn customer data into growth through segmentation, journeys, and automation, and improve landing pages to generate leads.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on work across CRM, marketing automation, WordPress pages, and CRO. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Design and IT, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing or growth marketing.
• Strong knowledge of lead management, segmentation and automation.
• Proven use of CRM data to drive conversion and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CRM and lead nurturing strategies across the lifecycle.
• Plan and optimize email campaigns, journeys and workflows to improve engagement.
• Manage website pages and CRO initiatives using WordPress and analytics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design and IT to align campaigns with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable improvements.
