Job summary

Wallbox is seeking a Senior CRM & Web Specialist to lead CRM, lifecycle marketing and website optimization. You will turn customer data into growth through segmentation, nurture campaigns and automation while maximizing conversion.

You will build landing pages in WordPress, implement CRO tests, improve data quality and lead routing, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Design and IT to align campaigns with our value proposition.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing or growth marketing.

Responsibilities

Define and execute CRM and lead nurturing strategies across the customer lifecycle.
Develop segmentation strategies based on customer profiles, behavior, engagement, lifecycle stage and commercial potential.
Plan, execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, automated journeys and workflows to improve engagement and conversion.
Identify opportunities to activate the existing database through reactivation, upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales to define lead scoring, qualification criteria and lifecycle stages, ensuring effective lead nurturing and handover.
Monitor CRM performance and establish KPIs to measure the impact of campaigns and activities on pipeline and revenue.
Build automated campaigns, workflows and triggers based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
Ensure seamless integration between CRM, marketing automation, website, forms and lead acquisition channels.
Improve data quality, tracking and lead routing, identifying opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual work.
Manage the website from a marketing perspective, ensuring it supports lead generation and conversion objectives.
Create, update and optimize landing pages, web pages, forms and calls to action using WordPress.
Ensure effective integration of website forms with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Work with Design and Creative teams to translate campaigns and value propositions into effective digital experiences.
Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives where relevant.
Ensure consistency across paid campaigns, landing pages, forms, CRM and nurturing journeys.
