Job summary

Cromology Spain is seeking a CRM Manager to lead a key transformation project and drive the commercial excellence journey. You will own CRM adoption, data quality, and turning insights into strategic business decisions with Sales and senior leadership.

As part of the Business Intelligence Iberia Team, you’ll work across markets and departments, balancing local and regional needs while delivering dashboards and KPIs to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and evolving CRM platforms.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional change initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of our CRM ecosystem.
• Drive CRM adoption, data quality and commercial performance.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and business insights to support decision-making.
• Partner with Sales teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer management and commercial effectiveness.
• Work with different markets and departments, bringing a collaborative and business-oriented approach to problem solving.
