ING is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Expert to join the Digital Sales team for Spain. You will drive CRO initiatives, run experiments, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to purchase.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with more than 5 years of CRO, digital marketing, analytics or e-commerce experience.

• More than 5 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, analytics or e-commerce.
• Experience in B2B is valuable but not essential.
• Deep knowledge of UX, digital behavior and SEO fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the CRO roadmap and drive digital sales growth in Spain.
• Transform data into action with experiments and improvements across funnels.
• Run high-impact A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.
• Deep-dive into Adobe Analytics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Content, UX and Product teams.
