Job summary

Cromology Iberia is seeking a CRM Manager to lead a strategic transformation project and own the CRM ecosystem. You will drive adoption, data quality, and business insights while collaborating with Sales teams and senior leadership across markets.

Based in Spain with a hybrid work model, you will balance local needs with regional goals, shaping our commercial excellence and driving measurable improvements in efficiency and customer management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing CRM platforms.
• Proven experience leading projects and driving change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

At Cromology, we're looking for a CRM Manager ready to take ownership of a key transformation project and play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial excellence journey.
This is not just about managing a CRM. It's about driving adoption, improving processes, enhancing data quality, and turning insights into business decisions, working closely with Sales teams and senior leadership.
As part of our Business Intelligence Iberia Team, you'll work across different markets, balancing local and regional business needs while collaborating with multiple departments across the organization.

What you'll do
