Job summary

Fever is seeking a CRM Consultant to turn user data into actionable insights at a global scale. You will own the analytical layer that shapes CRM strategies across marketing, product, and data teams from our Madrid hub.

Join a hands-on, data-driven environment where you design segmentation, measure CRM impact, and automate reporting. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus, and experience with BI tools and CRM platforms is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in STEM, statistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in a data-analytics role: customer analytics, BI, or CRM strategy.
• Strong SQL skills for extracting and transforming data.
• Python or R for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design segmentation models, cohorts, and behavioural analytics for Fever's global user base.
• Define measurement methodologies for CRM initiatives and attribution.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Eng and Product to build dashboards and data products.
• Define audience targeting logic and personalization rules grounded in data.
