Job summary

Roche in Spain is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Analyst (CRM Support) to act as a core analytics and field enablement resource within Commercial Excellence. You will build interactive dashboards and support CRM workflows to improve sales performance.

You will work with Power BI, Tableau, Excel and Salesforce, perform data quality audits, generate standard reports, and map processes across Sales, Marketing, Technical Service and Finance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, BI reporting, or sales operations.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Excel and data modeling.
• Familiar with Salesforce CRM.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, publish and maintain interactive dashboards tracking sales performance.
• Perform data quality audits and enforce data entry rules.
• Provide CRM sales support to enable field enablement.
• Generate standard weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership.
• Map commercial workflows and document SOPs.
• Analyze lead-to-opportunity conversion and engagement metrics.
