Puig is seeking a consumer-obsessed, data-driven CRM Manager Temporary to join its Global CRM Team. You will own the CRM roadmap for multiple brands, translating priorities into scalable journeys and measurable activations.

Work across Brand, Market, Tech, Data, Retail and agencies to strengthen acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty. The role requires 5+ years in Digital Marketing & CRM, strong PM and analytical skills, and fluency in English (Spanish a plus).

Formación

• 5+ years in Digital Marketing & CRM
• Customer-centric vision with strong PM skills
• Hands-on experience with ESP/CDP; Bloomreach preferred
• Analytical; translates data into insights
• Cross-functional collaborator with stakeholders
• Creative mindset for customer experiences
• Strong storytelling and communication skills; fluent English is essential
• Spanish would be a big advantage

Responsabilidades

• Lead CRM roadmap for assigned brand portfolio from a global perspective
• Serve as senior CRM contact for Brand and Market teams; ensure progress visibility
• Plan and optimize omnichannel clienteling campaigns across email, SMS and WhatsApp
• Coordinate briefs, audiences, data needs, testing, approvals and post-campaign analysis
• Manage day-to-day CRM contributions to clienteling, governance and external coordination
• Share CRM trends and insights; propose innovative enhancements
• Deliver clear reporting and Looker dashboard support when needed
• Scale CRM processes and knowledge sharing across brands and markets
