EBRO is seeking a highly motivated recent graduate for our CRM and Data Analytics track. You will support the day-to-day administration of EBRO's CRM platform, assist in designing customer journeys, and help implement campaigns across email, SMS, and other digital channels.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The role offers mentorship, structured development, and exposure to OEM automotive operations, with opportunities to take increasing ownership over CRM analyses and improvement

Competenze

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Recent graduate or candidate with internships or entry-level CRM-related experience.
• Knowledge of data analysis, spreadsheets, reports, and KPIs.
• Interest in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day administration and improvement of the EBRO CRM platform and data processes.
• Assist with creation, segmentation, testing, and execution of CRM campaigns across channels.
• Help design and maintain customer journeys covering lead nurturing, onboarding, service, retention, and loyalty.
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs like delivery rate, open rate, CTR, conversion, lead time, retention, and opt-out rate.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards translating data into insights and actions.
• Support data quality activities including deduplication, validation, consent management, and corrections.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, Customer Care, IT, and Dealer Network to capture requirements.
