Grupo Planeta is seeking a Master's student or recent graduate to undertake a six-month internship in CRM, joining the Customer Value Maximization team. You will help move CRM operations toward automation and AI across multiple markets, owning core marketing operations and supporting automated segments, reporting and testing.

daily tasks include preparing audiences, testing campaigns, refreshing dashboards and collaborating with marketing, data and tech teams to ensure accuracy and on-schedule

Formación

• Master’s student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
• English at B2 or C1 level; additional European languages are a plus.
• Confident with Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Basic SQL and some HTML knowledge.
• Methodical and detail oriented; you enjoy accuracy and processes.
• Genuinely curious about CRM, marketing automation and AI tools.
• Experience with BigQuery or CRM and email marketing tools is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and check audiences for product launch emails and ongoing CRM programs.
• Run campaign tests before every send to ensure rendering and promos are correct.
• Refresh recurring reports and perform dashboard checks.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer service, data and tech teams to keep campaigns accurate.
• Support automated segment generation rollout and go-live across flows.
• Help automate manual reporting activities.
• Track AI and automation use cases for CRM tasks.
