Job summary

Episode is seeking a CRM & Reporting Junior to join our Marketing team in Barcelona. You will scale and standardize our CRM (HubSpot) and data infrastructure, acting as a bridge between Marketing, Tech, Leasing, and Asset Management to transform raw data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

The role is junior with 2-3 years’ experience; you’ll contribute to dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decisions, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CRM and data analysis experience.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Workflows and Reporting.
• Native/Fluent Spanish and professional English.
• Detail-oriented with data quality and SOPs.
• Based in Barcelona with availability in Nov 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot CRM data quality and segmentation.
• Design and optimize automated workflows and lead scoring.
• Create dashboards and reports for Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Collaborate with Tech, Leasing, and Asset Management teams.
