Enginy, a Barcelona-based AI-native GTM platform, seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist. The role owns how leads are tracked, attributed, nurtured and handed to Sales across Spain, UK & Ireland, DACH and Italy.

You’ll build reporting and automation to reduce manual data pulls while expanding our data-driven approach. You’ll work hands-on with HubSpot, GTM, Looker/Looker Studio, and Claude/Codex to design scalable systems that improve funnel performance.

Qualifikationen

• 1.5+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot: properties, workflows, forms and reporting.
• Tracking and attribution with UTMs, GTM and connecting ad platforms to a CRM.
• Builds with Claude Code or Codex: automations, routines or skills shipped.
• Dashboards and reports used by teams (e.g., Looker/Looker Studio, Looker).
• English and Spanish, able to work in Barcelona in person.

Aufgaben

• Own Lead lifecycle in HubSpot (forms, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, MQL/SQL handoff).
• Manage routing and speed-to-lead, SLAs, and alerting for missed targets.
• Automate demo reminders and measure show-up rate impact.
• Maintain and extend attribution: UTMs, GTM, offline conversions, ads mapped to HubSpot.
• Create reporting that runs without manual pulls in HubSpot, Looker, and BigQuery/SQL.
• Integrate visitor data into dashboards and optimize funnels for ads and SEO.
• Lead strategic projects to improve channel performance and document SOPs.
