P3 Logistic Parks in Madrid seeks an experienced Country Managing Director to lead our Spain operations. You will define and execute the country strategy and drive growth of our logistics real estate platform within Spain.

You will have full P&L accountability, oversee leasing and asset management, and steer capital deployment. The role offers a dynamic, international, growth-focused environment with a hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a country-level real estate or logistics platform.
• Proven ability to define and execute strategy with P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the country strategy in line with regional objectives.
• Grow and manage the logistics real estate platform within Spain.
• Maintain full P&L accountability and lead capital deployment and recycling.
• Lead leasing and asset management to enhance asset value; coordinate finance and legal support.
• Continuously assess market opportunities, risks and competitive dynamics.
