Winning Consulting seeks a Corporate FX Sales professional to develop and manage relationships with corporate clients across Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. The role is on site and requires fluent German and English with a strong banking/FX background.

The successful candidate will support the full sales cycle, provide market insights and coordinate FX transactions with internal teams, ensuring high service quality and long-term client partnerships.

Formación

• Experience in FX Sales or similar B2B financial markets roles.
• Previous experience in a bank, FX broker, fintech or payments.
• Understanding of FX products, international payments and hedging.
• Strong commercial mindset and long-term client relationships.
• Proactive outreach and phone-based sales activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in German and English; Spanish not required.

Requirements

• Experience in FX Sales, Corporate Sales, Treasury Sales or similar B2B financial markets roles
• Previous experience in a bank, FX broker, fintech, payments company or financial services
• Good understanding of FX products, international payments, hedging needs and corporate client requirements
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Comfortable with proactive client development and phone-based commercial activity
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German + English. Spanish not required
