Winning Consulting is seeking a Corporate FX Sales professional to join an important financial services company. Location: Germany / Netherlands / Portugal / Spain, Working model: On site.

The candidate will develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, identify FX and hedging needs, and provide market updates to support decision-making. You will coordinate the full sales cycle and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality.

Formación

• Experience in FX Sales or related B2B financial markets roles.
• Background in banks, FX brokers, fintechs, payments or financial services.
• Solid knowledge of FX products, international payments and hedging for corporates.

• Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification
• Coordinate FX transactions and client requests with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and service quality
• Work closely with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams
• Maintain updated records of commercial activity, pipeline and client interactions

• Coordinate FX transactions and client requests with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and service quality
• Work closely with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams
• Maintain updated records of commercial activity, pipeline and client interactions

Requirements

• Experience in FX Sales, Corporate Sales, Treasury Sales or similar B2B financial markets roles
• Previous experience in a bank, FX broker, fintech, payments company or financial services
• Good understanding of FX products, international payments, hedging needs and corporate client requirements
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Comfortable with proactive client development and phone-based commercial activity
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Dutch + English. Spanish not required
