Winning Consulting is seeking a Corporate FX Sales professional to join a major financial services company. You will develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the assigned market and identify FX, treasury, international payments and hedging needs.

This on-site role requires a proactive sales approach, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams to deliver accurate, timely service.

Formación

• Experience in FX sales or corporate sales within financial markets.
• Background in banks, FX brokers, fintechs, payments or financial services.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the assigned market.
• Identify client needs around FX, treasury, international payments and hedging.
• Provide market updates and insights to support client decisions.
• Support the full sales cycle from prospecting to opportunity ID.
• Coordinate FX transactions with internal teams for accuracy and service.

• Maintain updated records of activity, pipeline and interactions.

From Winning Consulting, we are looking for Corporate FX Sales to join an important company in the financial services sector.

Location: Germany / Netherlands / Portugal / Spain

Working model: On site

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the assigned market
• Identify client needs around FX, treasury, international payments and hedging solutions
• Provide market updates and commercial insights to support client decision-making
• Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification
• Coordinate FX transactions and client requests with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and service quality
• Work closely with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams
• Maintain updated records of commercial activity, pipeline and client interactions

Requirements

• Experience in FX Sales, Corporate Sales, Treasury Sales or similar B2B financial markets roles
• Previous experience in a bank, FX broker, fintech, payments company or financial services
• Good understanding of FX products, international payments, hedging needs and corporate client requirements
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Comfortable with proactive client development and phone-based commercial activity
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Spanish + English
