Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of English at B1 level.
• Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with the Hermes internal management system is advantageous.
• Immediate availability to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transport services to ensure schedule adherence and quality.

• Record incidents in the Hermes system accurately.

A leading transport company based in Palma is currently hiring two Control Centre Operators for immediate start. If you are organized, proactive, and thrive in an active coordination environment, this full-time opportunity will allow you to play a vital part in keeping passenger services across the island running reliably every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring transport services to ensure schedule adherence and operational quality.
• Controlling occupancy levels and coordinating backup and reinforcement measures with relevant departments.
• Ensuring all service disruptions, delays, and critical updates are clearly and promptly communicated.
• Recording and managing operational incidents accurately in the internal HERMES software.
• Handling and processing customer complaints and feedback effectively.
• Providing active support to field and movement personnel during on-site incidents.

Qualifications and Skills

• An intermediate vocational training certificate (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio or equivalent).
• A solid working knowledge of English at the B1 level.
• Good overall computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience or familiarity with the internal HERMES operational management system is considered an advantage.
• Immediate availability to join the operational team.

What This Position Offers

• A permanent full-time employment contract.
• A gross annual salary of 24,400 €, paid in 12 monthly installments.
• 8-hour rotating shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday covering morning and afternoon rosters.
• Winter schedule shifts: 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.
• Summer schedule shifts: 04:30 to 12:30, 08:30 to 16:30, and 16:30 to 00:30.
• Workplace based directly in Palma.
