Instal.lacions Oci i aventura in Palma, Mallorca seeks a Leisure and Adventure Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure top visitor experiences.

You will manage safety protocols, coordinate events, and handle guest services, with a 6-month contract and a gross salary of €18,000 per year. Two days off per week and a dynamic Mallorca lifestyle are included.

Formación

• 6 months of relevant work experience in operational management or leisure facilities.
• English proficiency at B1 level to communicate with international guests.
• User-level computer skills for internal reporting and administrative tasks.
• Valid driving licence B (vehicle owned is highly valued).
• Proactive, responsible with demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Full availability to work weekends and public holidays.

Instal.lacions Oci i aventura is looking for a dedicated Leisure and Adventure Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, lead an operational team, and ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and supervising daily activities as well as the general condition of the facilities
• Coordinating, motivating, and leading the operational team to maintain efficient daily workflow
• Delivering top-tier customer service and direct orientation, guaranteeing an excellent visitor experience
• Enforcing strict compliance with and continuous control of all safety protocols
• Managing daily organizational needs, troubleshooting operational challenges, and handling incident resolution
• Planning and designing special events, local functions, and brand-new guest activities
• Supervising catering services, overseeing stock purchases, and managing relations with external suppliers

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in operational management or leisure facilities
• Intermediate proficiency in English (B1 level) to communicate effectively with international guests
• Computer skills at a user level for internal reporting and administrative tasks
• Valid driving license B (having your own vehicle is considered highly valuable)
• A proactive, highly responsible personality with proven leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
• Full availability and willingness to work shifts on weekends and public holidays

Benefits & Compensation

• Full-time schedule working from 10:0 to 19:00, including a 1-hour rest break each day
• Temporary 6-month contract with the realistic option to renew
• Gross annual salary of €18,000 distributed across 12 payments (with extra payments already prorated)
