Job summary

You will create internal purchase orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections. The role requires a degree in Business Administration, knowledge of SAP, understanding of logistics and customs, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Streamlining customer order management by ensuring full compliance with internal processes and effective coordination across the group’s plants.
• Proactively addressing and resolving incidents that arise during the order lifecycle.
• Ensuring departments and plants have accurate, timely information to achieve operational objectives.
• Maintaining clear communication with customers regarding order status.
• Enhancing transportation planning and customs procedures.
• Maintaining records for shipments in transit and coordinating with shipping areas of plants.
• Overseeing customer invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Tracking outstanding payments and coordinating actions to ensure timely collections.
