Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH in Granollers seeks an Order Management Specialist to support commercial and operational activities for the homogenizer business. Qualifications

• Studies in Administration & Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Back-office/Order Manager role.
• Experience as part of a project management team is a plus.
• Leadership mindset with experience in high-performance production environments.
• Native Spanish; Advanced English; Portuguese would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders, quotations, deliveries and service coordination.
• Answer calls and manage customer requests, routing to appropriate departments.
• Process and follow up on quotations and order confirmations.
• Create sales orders, manage inventory movements to central warehouse and track deliveries.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics for order deliveries.
• Manage service requests, assign dates and technicians based on availability and region.
• Invoicing for services (proforma and final).
• Issue credit notes per guidelines and manage maintenance contracts.
• Oversee order-to-cash processes and travel arrangements for technicians.
