Gea Group in Granollers is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support commercial and operational activities for the homogenizer business. You will manage customer orders, quotations, deliveries and service coordination across internal teams to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years in back-office, strong administration skills, and fluent Spanish with advanced English; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Studies in Administration & Finance.
• Minimum 3 years in Back-office, Order Manager role.
• Administration knowledge and training.
• Leadership experience in high-performance production environments.
• Spanish native; English advanced; Portuguese would be an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer orders, quotations, deliveries and service coordination.
• Create Sales orders, purchase goods to central warehouse and follow-up delivery.
• Follow up quotations and negotiate acceptance with supervisors.
• Coordinate invoicing, proforma and final, and issue credit notes as needed (order-to-cash).
• Coordinate maintenance contracts data, service requests, and scheduling with technicians.
• Track incidents and ensure resolution through the order-to-cash process.
• Travel management for technicians and other colleagues.
