Job summary

ES04 GEA Process Engineering S.A. in Granollers, Spain, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support the homogenizer business.

You will handle customer orders, quotations, deliveries and service coordination, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in back-office roles, strong administration training, native Spanish, advanced English (Portuguese a plus), and a proactive, communicative style suited to a hybrid working

Qualifications

• Studies in Administration & Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Back-office department (Order Manager role).
• Training, knowledge, and experience in administration.
• Valuable to get experience as part of project management team.
• Sensitive leadership personality experienced in leading high performance production organizations.
• Spanish (Native).
• English (Advanced); Portuguese would be an asset.
