JD Logistics is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead strategic planning and development of warehouse operations in Madrid. You will oversee end-to-end activities, drive lean and digital transformations, and manage teams to meet KPIs and service goals.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse management, including cold chain leadership, with strong WMS experience and fluency in Spanish and English. A fast-paced, high-volume environment experience is preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role in cold chain.
• Proven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop warehouse strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Design warehouse operating standards, annual operating plans, and management systems.
• Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
• Drive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart warehouse initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance.
• Optimize workflows, processes, and resource allocation to reduce errors and losses.
• Recruit, coach, and manage warehouse teams; build a high-performance culture.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and risk management across operations.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations.
