JD Logistics in Spain is seeking a Warehouse Manager for Dangerous Goods to lead all warehouse operations, optimize receiving, storage, inventory control and order fulfillment while upholding the highest safety and productivity standards.

You will develop warehouse strategies, drive Lean initiatives, monitor KPIs such as accuracy and throughput, and collaborate with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to exceed service levels.

Formación

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Mandarin a plus.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and warehouse compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop warehouse strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing and order fulfillment.
• Monitor KPI metrics such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover and productivity.
• Drive cost optimization, Lean initiatives and automation solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Recruit, coach and develop warehouse teams; ensure safety and risk controls.
