JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Cold Chain Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of temperature-controlled storage and distribution within our busy warehouse network. You will ensure compliant operations, maintain product quality, and lead a skilled team to meet performance targets.

You will develop SOPs, monitor temperatures and humidity, manage inventory, collaborate with transport, procurement and sales, analyze KPIs, and drive safety and cost-efficiency across the cold chain.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years specifically in cold chain logistics.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of the cold chain warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of temperature-controlled products.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cold chain management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and internal quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels within the warehouse using advanced monitoring systems, taking immediate corrective action for any deviations.
• Oversee inventory management for cold chain products, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing storage utilization.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure product integrity throughout the cold chain.
• Collaborate with transportation, procurement, and sales teams to optimize logistics flow and meet delivery deadlines.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure proper functioning of refrigeration units, forklifts, and other essential machinery.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
• Manage warehouse budget, control costs, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
