JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Cold Chain Warehouse Manager in Madrid, responsible for overseeing temperature-controlled warehouse operations within a fast-paced logistics network. You will implement SOPs, monitor conditions, manage inventory, and lead a skilled team to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in HACCP/GMP, WMS systems, and data-driven process improvements, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in warehouse management, with 3+ years in cold chain logistics.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and quality assurance standards.
• Proficiency with WMS and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of the cold chain warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of temperature-controlled products.
• Develop and implement SOPs for cold chain management, ensuring HACCP/GMP compliance and internal standards.
• Monitor temperature and humidity levels using advanced systems and take corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy, reducing waste, and optimizing storage utilization.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, promoting safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and sales to optimize logistics flows and meet deadlines.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvements, and report KPIs.
• Manage warehouse budget and identify opportunities for cost savings.
