JD Logistics in Madrid is seeking a Cold Chain Warehouse Manager to oversee temperature-controlled warehouse operations within the JD.com network. You will ensure compliant, cost-effective storage and distribution of cold goods while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across the network.

The role requires a strong background in cold chain logistics, HACCP/GMP knowledge, and proven leadership to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in cold chain logistics.
• Proven knowledge of cold chain regulations (HACCP, GMP) and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of WMS and inventory control principles.
• Proven leadership ability to develop and manage a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily cold chain warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of temperature-controlled products.
• Develop and implement SOPs for cold chain management and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and control temperature and humidity with advanced systems and address deviations.
• Manage inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and space optimization.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, emphasizing safety and continuous improvement.
• Implement QA processes to ensure product integrity across the cold chain.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales to optimize flow and meet deadlines.
• Analyze KPIs, drive improvements, and report performance metrics.
• Maintain refrigeration units, forklifts, and essential equipment; schedule maintenance.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
• Manage warehouse budget, costs, and identify efficiencies.
