JINGDONG Logistics in Madrid seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and efficient processes. You will lead a team to maintain high standards of service while driving continuous improvement across the network.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in warehouse management, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with procurement, logistics and customer service to deliver reliable, scalable solutions

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive warehouse management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Optimize warehouse layout, processes and inventory control systems.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train, supervise and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and customer service for seamless operations.
• Manage warehouse budget and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain inventory management software.
• Handle operational issues and customer complaints.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
