JD Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager for Dangerous Goods to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring safe handling, receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment at scale.

Based in Madrid, you will develop warehouse strategies, drive Lean initiatives, manage a diverse team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Transportation, Customer Service and Engineering to deliver exceptional logistics services across the supply chain.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or high-volume logistics operations is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop warehouse strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Design warehouse standards, operating plans, and management systems.
• Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
• Drive digital transformation and smart warehouse initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance.
• Coach, develop, and manage warehouse teams; foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and mitigate operational risks.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations.
