JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, seeks an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee cross-functional warehouse floor operations in Madrid. The role requires a fast-paced, safety-focused mindset and strict adherence to local logistics regulations.

You will supervise inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and outbound dispatch, lead shift teams, ensure SOP compliance, and coordinate with international HQ to drive safety and efficiency.

Formación

• Proven experience supervising warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish and English is mandatory to bridge teams across regions.
• Strong hands-on experience with WMS, RF scanners and automation in logistics.
• Ability to adapt to shift rotations and a 24/7 infrastructure launch.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and outbound dispatch.
• Coordinate daily shift operations and real-time labor reallocation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols on the floor.
• Report progress and issues to local teams and HQ.
