PFH Technology, con sede en Dublín, busca un Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer para soporte de Azure y OCI. El rol es remoto desde Nearshore (EU & UK) bajo contrato por proyecto de 6 meses a tarifa diaria, inicio ASAP y proceso de dos entrevistas.

Se requiere experiencia en Microsoft 365, Active Directory y entornos Windows, además de certificaciones en Azure o OCI. Se valoran habilidades ITIL y atención al cliente en inglés.

Formación

• 3–6 años de experiencia en Cloud/Infraestructura de soporte.
• Experiencia práctica con Microsoft Azure y/o OCI.
• Certificación en la nube obligatoria: AZ-900 o OCI Foundations.
• Experiencia en entornos Windows empresariales.
• Conocimiento sólido de Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, redes e híbrido.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación en inglés y servicio al cliente.
• Experiencia en entornos regulados o gubernamentales es ventajosa.

Responsabilidades

• Brindar soporte técnico u operativo para Azure y/o OCI.
• Investigar y resolver incidencias de infraestructura, nube, red y identidad.
• Soportar Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams y SharePoint.
• Administrar Windows Server, infraestructura híbrida, Intune y SCCM/MECM.
• Monitorear infra, gestionar incidentes y apoyar actividades ITIL.
• Asistir con automatización PowerShell, backup y DR.
• Dar soporte a VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix y almacenamiento SAN.
• Contribuir a migraciones y proyectos de transformación en la nube.
• Mantener documentación y brindar excelente soporte a clientes y stakeholders.

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper‑V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years' experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Mandatory cloud certification:

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.

• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.
