PFH Technology Group, con cliente con base en Dublín, busca un/a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer para proporcionar soporte técnico y operativo en entornos Microsoft Azure y OCI. Ideal para candidatos con certificaciones en la nube, experiencia en infraestructura y pasión por operaciones en la nube y tecnologías Microsoft.

El rol implica mantener infraestructuras, ayudar en migraciones y modernización, y garantizar un alto nivel de atención al cliente, cumpliendo buenas prácticas

Formación

• 3–6 años de experiencia en roles de Cloud Support, Infraestructura o IT Operations.
• Experiencia práctica con Microsoft Azure y/o OCI.
• Certificación en la nube requerida: AZ-900 o OCI Foundations, o superior.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar soporte técnico u operativo para entornos Azure y/o OCI.
• Solucionar incidentes de infraestructura, nube, redes, identidad y usuarios finales.
• Soportar Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory y Entra ID.
• Administrar Windows Server, infraestructura híbrida, Intune y SCCM/MECM.
• Monitorear infraestructura, gestionar incidencias y apoyar actividades operativas según ITIL.
• Asistir con automatización PowerShell, backup, disaster recovery, seguridad y governance de acceso.
• Soportar VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix y almacenamiento SAN.
• Contribuir a migración, transformación y modernización en la nube.
• Mantener documentación y brindar soporte a clientes y partes interesadas.

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Mandatory cloud certification:

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.

• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.
