Job summary

Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. is hiring a Solution Specialist (Norwegian/Danish/Spanish-speaking) for a hybrid role in Malaga to drive cloud solutions and sales cycles.

You will nurture client relationships and showcase cloud expertise in Microsoft and competitor ecosystems. You will engage in up-selling and cross-selling, provide technical product overviews, and train teams while ensuring pricing and implementation requirements are aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
• Minimum Fundamentals certification required; L200 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cloud deployment and end-user scenarios.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide technical product overview and insights
• Increase technical acumen delivering innovative ideas for cloud adoption
• Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing
• Demonstrate solutions to customers over Teams
• Act as the technical contact for SMB Vendor Tele team
• Conduct trainings across the Center on subjects of expertise
• Stay updated on cloud developments in Microsoft and competitors
• Turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline.
