Concentrix is hiring a Solution Specialist (Dutch-speaking) in Malaga, operating in a hybrid model. The role focuses on driving sales cycles, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

You will secure new customer wins, provide technical overviews, and deliver training while staying updated on cloud pricing and capabilities across Microsoft and competitors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–6+ years of technology sales or business development experience.
• Minimum Fundamentals certification required; L200 certification preferred.
• Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity/communication solutions.
• Understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud/hybrid.
• Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.
• Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management.
• Proven track record of outstanding performance in sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication for a customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide technical product overview and insights relevant to customer needs.
• Increase technical acumen to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
• Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations.
• Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers over Teams.
• Act as the key technical contact for SMB Vendor Tele team.
• Conduct group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on topics of expertise.
• Continuously learn about new cloud developments and pricing from Microsoft and competitors.
