Concentrix is seeking an Account Manager (Norwegian-speaking) in a hybrid Malaga, Spain setting to drive cloud solutions. You will secure new customer wins, maximize upsell/cross-sell with sales and partners, and manage the pipeline to closure while collaborating with TCM and partners to grow the customer ecosystem.

The role requires 3–6+ years in technology sales or business development, native/ fluent Norwegian and English, and a Bachelor’s degree with fundamentals certification.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and fundamentals certification.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian with strong communication skills.
• Experience in technology sales or business development.

• Secure new customer wins for Cloud.
• Maximize up‑sell and cross‑sell with Sales Agents and partners.
• Actively monitor pipeline and update stakeholders on closures.
