Teleperformance SE is seeking a Digital Customer Engineer to support cloud sales opportunities by merging technical depth with consultative selling. You will help partners and sales teams assess requirements, evaluate cloud solutions, and design scalable architectures that deliver business value.

You will prototype demos, handle integration examples, and provide guidance on best practices, while maintaining Salesforce records and driving technical wins.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales engineering in cloud computing or similar customer-facing role
• Experience with Big Data, PaaS and IaaS technologies
• Hands-on experience using or managing databases
• Knowledge of data technologies such as MapReduce, Hadoop, Spark, Flume, Hive, Impala, Spark SQL, or BigQuery
• Proficiency with Linux, web technologies and protocols (HTTP, cookies, XML/HTML, XSLT)
• Understanding of enterprise networking concepts (DNS, TCP, firewalls, proxies, DMZs)
• Experience with web app development and integration (REST, SOAP, J2EE, servlets, Python, JavaScript, PHP)
