Job summary

Werfen, a global leader in diagnostic solutions, seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to own end-to-end architecture across Sales, Service & Field Service, Marketing and Revenue processes. Based at the Barcelona HQ, you will enforce technical standards, manage ERP integrations via middleware, and mentor teams toward an in-house-first delivery model.

You will drive multi-cloud designs, governance of complex integrations, and ensure GDPR/regulatory compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including 3+ in a solution/technical architect role.
• Hands-on multi-cloud architecture experience: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud/Field Service; Marketing Cloud and Revenue/CPQ valued.
• Proven experience with large-scale enterprise integrations between Salesforce and ERP landscapes via middleware.
• Experience in global, multi-country implementations built on a core template with local rollouts.
• Experience working with and governing system integrators/implementation partners.
• Professional fluency in English; Spanish is valued.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, IVD, pharma, medical devices) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across clouds and affiliates, with a scalable core template.
• Reviews, challenges and countersigns major designs before build, ensuring architecture sign-off.
• Defines and enforces platform standards, DevOps, release management and documentation requirements.
• Leads architecture transfer from partner to internal team for in-house delivery.
• Mentors internal team and supports certification paths; raises platform knowledge.
• Sets standards for external run providers and evaluates Salesforce releases for adoption.
