Job summary
Teleperformance Spain – Google Cloud Project is seeking a German-speaking Digital Customer Engineer to support Google Cloud solutions. You will combine technical expertise with consultative sales, helping partners and sales teams design, evaluate, and implement cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
You will design scalable architectures, develop demos, address technical challenges, and communicate Google Cloud's value across international teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in cloud technical sales engineering or equivalent customer-facing role.
- Experience with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), Big Data and databases.
- Knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, BigQuery or similar.
- Familiarity with Linux, networking, web technologies, and programming.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to partners and sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Design scalable cloud architectures and recommend solutions.
- Develop technical demonstrations, prototypes, and integrations.
- Address technical challenges and support cloud adoption.
- Deliver technical presentations and communicate Google Cloud's value.
- Maintain opportunity records and technical documentation in Salesforce.
