Premier Research Clinical Lead III Job Description

Premier Research is seeking a Clinical Lead III to join our Global Clinical Management team.

You will assist biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies in transforming innovative ideas and breakthrough science into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics. What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead global study and program clinical teams, maximizing efficiency across studies and programs.
• Oversee clinical team tracking, analyze open action items, protocol deviations, and communication reports.
• Review or delegate review of study documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
• Apply a risk-based quality management approach, contribute to risk management plans, and support adaptive risk monitoring setup.
• Collaborate with functional leads and sponsors to identify data issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Support resource planning to ensure team members are adequately staffed throughout the study.
• Oversee financial aspects of clinical activities, including management of out-of-scope tasks with proper approvals.

What We Are Searching For :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific or health-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 9 years in clinical research, with at least 4 years in clinical monitoring or related roles.
• Experience working within our Oncology Business Unit, specifically with Radiopharmaceuticals.
