Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Associate to onboard clients and ensure they receive exceptional value from Gartner services. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across IT, HR, and business functions, guiding users to adopt and expand Gartner products.

You will partner with senior leaders and practitioners in a dynamic, global environment, coordinating resources to deliver measurable outcomes and growth for client organizations.

Formación

• Must be fluent in Spanish & English at business level.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred along with 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience.
• Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients from C-level to staff to ensure successful use of Gartner subscription.
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth as part of a service team.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and design innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Leverage insights & metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
