Gartner seeks a Client Success Associate to onboard clients, surface business priorities and prove the value of Gartner services. You will engage with senior to junior client professionals across IT, HR, and other practices to maximize usage and ROI of Gartner memberships.

In this role you will collaborate with internal teams, drive client engagement, and monitor metrics to improve satisfaction, retention and growth across large client teams in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant experience or internship.
• Proven track record of delighting clients and driving satisfaction.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Ability to use Dutch (Reading, Writing and Speaking) at business/native level.

Responsabilidades
