Gartner, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a Client Success Associate to ensure every client receives value from their Gartner subscription, including onboarding, proving concepts, and stimulating engagement across products used by large client teams.

You will partner with leaders from IT, HR, Finance and more, translate priorities into actions, collaborate with internal teams to deliver results, and use insights to drive satisfaction, retention and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and a second language (French or Swedish).
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard clients and surface business priorities to ensure value realization.
• Partner with clients across IT, HR, Finance, Marketing and more to enable success with Gartner services.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI of a Gartner membership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and share best practices.
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
