Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Associate to onboard clients, prove the value of Gartner services, and boost engagement across enterprise teams. You will build relationships from C‑level to operational staff and introduce Gartner capabilities to decision makers.

Collaborate with internal partners to maximize value and renewal, and conduct regular reviews of client performance and engagement. Fluent German and English are required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Formación

• Must be fluent in German and English at business level.
• Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients across functions.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
• Facilitate client calls, understand priorities, and recommend high-value action programs.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to maximize value and client outcomes.
• Conduct regular reviews of client book of business focusing on performance and engagement.
