Gartner seeks a Client Success Associate to onboard and engage clients, ensuring value from Gartner subscriptions. You will surface priorities, surface challenges, and drive adoption of Gartner products across client teams.

You will collaborate across Gartner partners, conduct regular business reviews, and guide clients toward measurable ROI while thriving in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Must be fluent in German and English at business level.
• Proven track record of delivering client value and delight.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients from C-level to professionals across functions.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
• Facilitate client calls, understand priorities, and propose action plans that drive value and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal partners to maximize Gartner's value for clients.
• Conduct regular reviews of client book of business and engagement metrics.
