Fendi Italia Srl in Barcelona is seeking a Client Advisor for the RTW Department. You will deliver luxurious client experiences, promote Fendi history, craftsmanship, and materials, and lead personal sales to achieve targets.

You will engage in upselling across product categories, manage client relations with CRM tools, and support store operations and inventory control, ensuring impeccable service and presentation.

Formación

• 2-5 years’ experience in fashion/luxury sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong selling and communication skills; professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead individual sales and achieve KPIs.
• Upsell, cross-sell and multi-selling across product categories.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture loyal FENDI customers via CRM.
• Maintain high service quality with professional and personalized attention.
• Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments and databases.
• Support inventory accuracy and proper receiving of merchandise.

Job title: Client Advisor - RTW Department Barcelona

As a FENDI Ambassador the Client Advisor is expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to the clients, through the promotion of FENDI history, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead individual sales and achieve performance target and KPI
• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
• Client Management: Strengthen customer relations, and nurture loyal FENDI customer base also implementing appropriate CRM tools
• Manage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering professional and individual human touch with the client
• Store Operations: Be able to correctly operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries and customer database input
• Store Management: Support in maintain the inventory accuracy by properly receive display and store merchandise according to company guidelines

Profile

• 2-5 years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury Sale
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred
• Manages own image standards on a high level
• Strong selling and communication skills are necessary
• Excellent relationships skills
• Organization, professionalism, self-confidence
• Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge
• Goal oriented approach, multitasking
