LVMH Group is seeking a Client Advisor to serve as a FENDI Ambassador, providing an extraordinary experience by promoting the brand's history and craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to nurture customer relationships. The role includes responsibilities in sales leadership, customer service, and store operations.

Experience with retail management systems and a strong interest in the luxury industry are essential.

Formación

• 5-7 years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
• Computer skills and knowledge of retail management systems.
• Strong knowledge and/or interest in the Fashion/Luxury Industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Engage in upselling, cross-selling across all product categories.
• Strengthen customer relations using appropriate CRM tools.
• Manage customer service quality to meet expectations.
• Operate the retail management system for stock management.
