Marni in Madrid is seeking a Client Advisor to join its boutique team. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and process cash and card payments in a luxury retail setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in luxury fashion, fluent English, and a confident, friendly attitude. You will maintain stock, display products, and help deliver a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Sales Associate in Luxury/Fashion; RTW and accessories selling experience a plus.
• Fluent English required; excellent communication with customers.
• Friendly, engaging personality; confident manner and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers;
• Be involved in stock control and management;

• Dealing with customer refunds;
