Ferragamo in Barcelona is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our store and deliver exceptional service from the selling floor.

You will lead by example, build lasting relationships with luxury clients, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards. Fluent Spanish, Russian and English are essential, with a focus on CRM-driven client value.

This maternity-leave replacement is a fixed-term contract with a competitive gross salary range of €24,000–€27,000 per year, plus employee benefits.

• Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluency in Spanish, Russian and English is essential; another language is an advantage.
• Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM initiatives.
• Strong communication and empathy in customer interactions.

The part you’ll play

You will join us in our store in Barcelona as a Full-Time Client Advisor, reporting directly to Store Management.
